The apartment is located in a new residence with an pool. The location is very strategic, given the proximity to the amusement parks (Gardaland 3km!) And the cities of Peschiera del Garda, Verona, Sirmione or Lazise.
The apartment is on the ground floor and has a covered terrace to the east, which is ideal for breakfast in the open air. About 100m² of enclosed garden with artificial turf are distributed on both sides of the apartment.
The living room is bright and offers a couch corner, large Smart TV, dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette.
The apartment has two beautiful bedrooms with double beds, wardrobe, air conditioning and access to the back garden. The rooms can be completely darkened. In the larger bedroom you will also find another Smart TV. Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine.
You can safely park your car or bicycles in the private garage.
The pool is open seasonally and is available to residents of the complex free of charge.

Wir fahren seit Jahren nur in Ferienwohnung aber diese Wohnung ist der Knüller.Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet und an alles ist gedacht. Die Küche alles da.An jede Kleinigkeit ist gedacht.Die Möbel sind perfekt.2 schöne Terassen.Ich habe noch nie so see more

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Apartmentanlage. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, ca. 500 m bis zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Bushaltestelle. Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei und haben unser Auto nicht gebraucht. Die Wohnung ist super ausgesee more
Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Apartmentanlage. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, ca. 500 m bis zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Bushaltestelle. Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei und haben unser Auto nicht gebraucht. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Es gibt auf beiden Seiten der Wohnung einen kleinen sehr gepflegten Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten, man hat also immer die Möglichkeit ein sonniges oder schattiges Plätzchen zu finden.
