The perfect vacation home for families! In a beautiful residence with large pool, baby pool, playground and green areas in the heart of Lugana di Sirmione and only 150 meters from the most beautiful beaches of Lake Garda: Punta Gro and Lugana Marina. Here you will find pedal boat rentals, restaurants and bars as well as great opportunities for walking. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a private, fenced garden with a dining table and sun loungers. There are 2 bedrooms, a double room and a large children's room with 2 single beds and an extra bed and TV. The fully equipped kitchen makes it possible to cook for yourself on holiday. You can eat both inside and in the garden. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a washing machine, a private garage in the complex, satellite TV, internet connection, dishwasher and free access to the large communal pool in the complex. You can get here directly from the garden in just a few steps. The pool is open seasonally from mid-May to mid-September and has a toddler area, a whirlpool corner and a large lap pool. The playground is also practical for families with children and can be seen from the garden.
You can walk to the beach and restaurants in just a few steps. So you can leave your car on holiday and enjoy your time at Lake Garda to the fullest.

Es ist alles vorhanden, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Im kleinen Garten kann man sich entspannen. Den Pool konnten wir aufgrund der Jahreszeit nicht nutzen. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel erfolgt kontaktlos im Schlüsselfach, alle nötigen Informationen waren zeitgerecht zur Verfügung. Der Kontakt war per WhatsApp oder EMail, es wurde immer zeitnah bei Kontaktaufnahme geantwortet. Wir waren mit den Rahmenbedingungen absolut zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ein Staubsauger oder Besen wäre zum zwischendurch sauber machen schön. Die Wohnung war zuvor sehr ordentlich gereinigt worden, aber bei fünf Personen möchte man bei fünf Tagen mal durchsaugen. Sonst gibt es keine Kritikpunkte.
