Elegant apartment with a beautiful pool and large terrace in close proximity to the marina Porto 2 Sirmione. The apartment is completely renovated and air-conditioned and offers 2 beautiful double rooms, a bright bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and a large living room with double sofa bed, satellite TV, dining area and a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and all utensils for cooking.
The apartment has a balcony by the bedroom and a large terrace with an outdoor dining area and awning. The large pool is open from the end of May to the end of September and is available to the residents of the house and the neighboring house (a total of 8 units). A private garage belongs to the apartment.
The location of the apartment is ideal, as it is in a quiet side street, but still very close to the beach, the port, restaurants and shops and the lively center of Colombare di Sirmione. The historic old town of Sirmione can also be reached on foot with a nice walk along the shore in 25 minutes. Alternatively, the shuttle bus leaves only 200 meters from the house every 20 minutes.
