The location is perfect to reach the historic center by foot, the beaches or Colombare with its supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Guests of the complex can use the 2 pools at the Caesar Resort free of charge, where sun loungers are available. The complex is beautifully landscaped with Mediterranean plants, large pools and elegant architecture. The apartment has its own garden with a large terrace and outdoor dining area, BBQ and sun loungers.
You enter the apartment via the comfortable private double garage (longitudinal). In the basement there is a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine. A marble staircase takes you to the ground floor, where the main entrance door is located and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table, sofa (double sofa bed if required) and TV. From the living room you enter the west-facing terrace and the garden, where you will spend relaxing hours during your stay. There are two comfortable, air-conditioned double rooms with high-quality mattresses and sufficient closet space, even for longer stays.
